We are seeking a Vice President, Product Integration to define and scale our enterprise product strategy — converting innovation into durable, recurring growth while delivering measurable mission impact. This role bridges commercial product excellence with regulated-market execution at enterprise scale.
The Opportunity
You will:
Define a multi-year product vision across AI, cybersecurity, and mission software.
Translate enterprise strategy into prioritized roadmaps aligned to revenue, margin, compliance, and customer outcomes.
Accelerate commercialization of R&D investments into scalable platforms.
Expand recurring and platform-based revenue models across regulated markets.
Embed product discipline into major growth pursuits and strategic partnerships.
You will operate at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise operations, and growth — influencing billion-dollar programs while shaping durable IP.
Who You Are
You are an enterprise product leader who has built and scaled products in complex environments. You understand how to commercialize advanced technologies into secure, compliant, revenue-generating offerings.
You bring:
15+ years of related industry experience
A track record of driving recurring revenue and monetization strategy
Strong technical fluency in AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
Experience aligning product investments to financial performance
Success leading cross-functional teams
The ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise alignment
Experience identifying, mentoring, and elevating high-performing leaders
Even better if you bring:
Experience operating in complex or regulated environments
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business (Master’s preferred)
Experience contributing to large-scale captures (>$500M) and revenue-generating programs
Recognized thought leadership through publications, conference speaking, or industry engagement
You balance strategic vision with operational execution. You are as comfortable defining long-term strategy as you are driving quarterly results. You hear needs and see opportunities.
What You Will Do
Advance Enterprise Product Strategy
Define and communicate a multi-year product vision aligned to enterprise growth priorities
Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritized product roadmaps
Align product investments to revenue, margin, compliance, and mission outcomes
Strengthen governance and lifecycle management across the portfolio
Accelerate Commercial Growth
Mature and package technologies developed across R&D portfolio to accelerate time-to-market
Develop pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies that expand recurring and platform-based revenue
Partner closely with R&D, capture, and business leaders teams to embed product capabilities into growth pursuits
Expand ecosystem partnerships and joint offerings to increase market reach and scale
Elevate Product Excellence
Build and develop a high-performing global team of product leaders
Establish outcome-driven metrics and a culture of accountability
Represent Leidos technology capabilities with clarity and credibility across internal and external audiences
Engage where the team needs you – at our Global Headquarters in Reston; on visits to platform and software teams across the US, UK, and Australia; and remotely on occasion.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $223,800.00 - $360,000.00
