We are seeking a skilled and experienced TM1 Expert to join our Digital Finance team. You will play a key role in providing expert guidance and act as a technical solution guardian.
Main responsibilities
Planning Analytics platform is the shared platform which hosts all Planning Analytics (TM1) applications at Sanofi. Mostly for the finance department but also for Commercial, R&D and other business units, all types of applications are represented: from small to extended, standard to critical, but also SOX regulated.
The primary role is to define the technical architecture and solution, and plan the activities that will ensure that hosted applications are available, secured and able to use the necessary technical resources, independently from their model.
The PA platform offers as well development, monitoring and application lifecycle management tools used by application project and support teams. It also includes a PA licenses reporting tool under PowerBI.
This variety range makes this position a transversal role and requires coordination between teams, as well as good technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Define the technical architecture of the Planning Analytics platform
Lead troubleshooting investigations to find root causes and decide the best technical solutions to reported issues
Plan and organize platform level activities, including PA applications lifecycle events, software upgrades, backup restore, and disaster recovery testing
Perform capacity planning on Planning Analytics infrastructure
Ensure Sanofi quality and security standards are applied to all platform level activities
Plan and organize the implementation of monitoring for platform KPIs
Innovate to improve service delivery and platform costs
Manage vendor relationships related to the Planning Analytics platform
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Solid of experience in a similar role.
Good knowledge of Planning Analytics (TM1)
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
Strong DevOps skills, including experience with git, ansible, GitHub Actions, and basic knowledge of OpenShift
Cloud experience, preferably with AWS
Understanding of network basics, including load balancers, DNS names, and certificates
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Experience with SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages
Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., IBM Cognos TM1, AWS certifications) are advantageous

The salary range for this position is :€49.600,00 - €66.133
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
