What the Role Entails
Position Overview:
The Tencent Cloud International Business Division is currently recruiting a Sales Trainee (Assistant Sales Representative) for the Korean market. This position will leverage the rapidly growing global cloud business and a systematic training program to help the candidate master the strategies and skills needed to drive growth in the target market and industry. You will participate in building key partner relationships, explore new business opportunities, and play a significant role in expanding and growing existing business prospects.
Collaborate with the Korean market business team to develop and execute sales strategies.
Expand and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, deeply understand client needs, and provide customized solutions.
Work closely with the cloud technology team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of client requirements.
Participate in market research and analysis, gaining deep insights into Korean market dynamics and trends.
Proficiently use and maintain the customer relationship management system to ensure information accuracy and timeliness.
Regularly prepare sales progress and performance reports.
Who We Look For
Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
Native proficiency in Korean; business proficiency or native fluency in Chinese; daily communication level in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Foundational knowledge of IT and cloud computing.
Proactive work attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
