Group/Division The ICOS Vision Systems division focuses on the backend of the line semiconductor industry providing fully automated tools to inspect and sort, finished integrated circuit packages. For more than 15 years, ICOS has been a market leader with tray-to-tray and tray-to-tape inspection and sorting tools found in the production facilities of all major chipmakers in the world. Our market-leading technology and superior customer service requires strong talent in optics, machine control, algorithms and applications within our engineering teams. The ICOS division headquarters are in Leuven, Belgium with additional engineering and manufacturing operations in Singapore and Shenzhen (China). The ICOS division is part of the KLA group and offers inspection tools to IC packaging customers. We work closely with our customers to help assure their factories run efficiently and maintain high quality. Our IC package inspection tools are very fast, sometimes processing more than 1000 parts per minute. As a result, our teams require strong talents in optics, machine control, algorithms and applications. The ICOS division headquarters are in Leuven, Belgium with additional Engineering and Manufacturing operations in Shenzhen, China. Project Manager As Project Manager you bring together a multi-functional team to design, build and release new products for our customers. You bring structure and efficiency to your team by keeping the bird eye view and a pro-active stakeholder management. You are able to overlook multiple short term projects or supervise long term strategic projects as well. You stay with your team and project from the beginning of the market study and feasibility until the complete transfer to Manufacturing and Service.  In a project you understand the interaction between scope, timeline and resources. You make trade-off's and work out scenario's to optimize these three.  You are part of a team of other Project Managers and together you motivate changes to improve our methodologies around projects.  Your key tasks are: •    Foster team efficiency by offering structure with regular meetings, tracking open actions and risk management. •    Present status regularly with senior management and internal and externals partners.  •    Make project schedules and reach the agreed targets.  If you want to lead multi-functional teams that build high-tech products in an exciting market, this is your job! Minimum Qualifications Engineering degree Experience as Project Manager for more than 5 years. Executive presentation skills. Able to balance process rigor with a "getting things done" mentality.
