Job Description
Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational Education or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, Human Resources Technology, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Recruiting or equivalent.
Your role:
Proactively supporting TA team in their daily tasks
Full organization of job interviews between candidates and managers
Scheduling business interviews directly in the Outlook of interviewers
Confirming the interview to candidates
Booking and arranging all facilities like rooms on location and remote connections
Continuous elaboration with recruiters in planning the interviews as quickly as possible
Delivering administrative support in organizing recruitment events on campus

You're the right fit if:
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Knowledge of any other European language will be an asset
Computer literacy (Ms Office) is essential
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
Personal integrity when handling confidential information

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is PLN 71,200 –PLN 94,933. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 10% short term incentive with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
