4DMT is a leading late-stage biotechnology company advancing durable and disease-targeted therapeutics with potential to transform treatment paradigms and provide unprecedented benefits to patients. The Company’s lead product candidate 4D-150 is designed to be a backbone therapy forming the foundation of treatment of blinding retinal vascular diseases by providing multi-year sustained delivery of anti-VEGF (aflibercept and anti-VEGF-C) with a single, safe, intravitreal injection, which substantially reduces the treatment burden associated with current bolus injections. The Company’s lead indication for 4D-150 is wet age-related macular degeneration, which is currently in Phase 3 development, and second indication is diabetic macular edema. The Company’s second product candidate is 4D-710, which is the first known genetic medicine to demonstrate successful delivery and expression of the CFTR transgene in the lungs of people with cystic fibrosis after aerosol delivery
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our growing hiring needs. This temporary role will play a critical part in delivering a high-quality candidate experience, enabling efficient hiring processes, and supporting recruiters and hiring managers across the organization.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days required onsite in our Emeryville, CA headquarters that combines coordination, recruiting operations, and early-stage talent assessment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview Scheduling & Coordination (~40% of time)
Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple functions and time zones
Partner closely with hiring managers, candidates, and interview panels to ensure seamless scheduling
Manage complex calendars and prioritize scheduling speed and efficiency
Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at all touchpoints
Prepare and distribute interview agendas and materials to interview teams
Track and manage scheduling logistics within the ATS (Greenhouse)
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
Welcomes candidates onsite as needed
TA Operations & Temporary Workforce Management (~20% of time)
Manage and maintain job requisitions and job offers in Greenhouse, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Support onboarding coordination for new hires as needed
Oversee coordination and administration of temporary workers, including tracking assignments and extensions
Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate processing and tracking of contractor engagements
Manage recruiting related POs
Resume Review and Candidate Sourcing (~40% of time)
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates aligned with role requirements
Conduct initial outreach to candidates and support pipeline generation through sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, referrals)
Partner to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for key roles
Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain engagement throughout early stages
Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records within Greenhouse
As directed by the Talent Acquisition manager, perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree or some college preferred
Required 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent acquisition
Required strong experience in Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Physical Activity - Repetitive motions: Making substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Physical Requirements - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Working Conditions - The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (as in typical office or administrative work).
Base salary compensation range: $40-$50 per hour
