Job Description:
HOW CIS PROFESSIONALS WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Configuration Managers who drive baseline control and maintain the CMDB, ensuring auditable configuration identification, change management, and release governance across enterprise environments.
Quality Assurance Managers who define QA processes, acceptance criteria, and metrics; conduct audits and corrective actions to uphold delivery standards.
Integrated Master Schedulers who build and maintain the IMS, align dependencies and critical paths, and provide schedule health metrics to drive execution.
Data Analysts who transform operational and system telemetry into actionable insights, dashboards, and decision support for performance, capacity, and mission outcomes.
Data Center Technicians who perform rack/stack, cabling, and hardware diagnostics, sustaining high availability and resilient operations within on-prem and hybrid data centers.
Database Administrators who implement, harden, and tune mission databases, manage backup/recovery and replication, and ensure data integrity and performance.
RMF – ISSOs who steward RMF controls, evidence, and POA&Ms; guide ATO packages; and ensure continuous monitoring, STIG/SCAP compliance, and cyber readiness.
Installation Technicians who field, image, and configure endpoints and peripherals; execute site installs and cutovers; and validate connectivity and user readiness.
Tech Refresh Managers who plan and execute lifecycle replacement, coordinate site wave schedules, and track readiness to minimize user disruption.
IT Asset, Logistics, & Procurement Managers who oversee asset lifecycle and inventory accuracy, manage shipping/receiving and fielding operations, and coordinate compliant hardware/software acquisitions.
System and End‑User Services Administrators (Active Directory, Cloud, PKI, SharePoint, Linux, Virtualization, Windows, Storage, Desktop/Endpoint, NGDE, Profile Management, VDI, Lab Support, and Enterprise Monitoring) who secure, automate, and sustain core enterprise services, end‑user environments, and monitoring platforms to ensure reliable, scalable operations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with CI polygraph eligibility.
US Citizenship: Required.
Desired Education / Experience: Bachelor’s with 4-8+ years, or 8-12+ years in lieu of a degree (varies by role)
Certifications: Ability to meet Information Assurance Workforce (IAW) DoW 8140 certification requirements for the specific role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Enterprise IT experience in DoD/IC environments (e.g., NGDE, AD/VDI modernization, RMF/ATO, endpoint/platform management).
Experience with enterprise tooling (e.g., MECM/Intune, GPO, Splunk/Elastic/SolarWinds, STIG/SCAP, ACAS/Tenable, PKI, patching, security, scripting/automation).

The likely salary range for this position is $96,569 - $130,651. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
