Job Summary
The Strategic Accounts Sales Representative at PTC Korea Co., Ltd. will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market share within a defined portfolio of key strategic accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships and delivering value-added solutions.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for assigned strategic accounts, identifying key stakeholders, understanding business needs, and positioning PTC's full suite of products and services.
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets by proactively identifying, qualifying, and closing complex sales opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers within strategic accounts.
* Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each account.
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales engineers, professional services, and other internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful solution implementation.
* Negotiate and close complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms for PTC Korea Co., Ltd.
* Provide accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
* Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and PTC product developments.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of successful strategic account sales experience in the enterprise software industry, preferably within PLM, CAD, ALM Solutions.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a complex sales environment.
* Strong understanding of the Korean market and business culture.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Korean and English.
* Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
* Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel as required.
