As a Sr Sourcing Specialist for our Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you’ll be a critical driver of our hiring success—powering the talent engine behind a hyper growth software company. You’ll partner with the business and TA organization to identify, engage, and attract exceptional talent.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven sourcing expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll own market intelligence, build high-impact talent pipelines, and spark meaningful conversations with top candidates—turning prospects into future hires.
As a Sr Sourcing Specialist you will:
Proactively source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for roles across Sales, Solution Engineering and Professional Services.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in a fast-paced, global environment
Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
Conduct market mapping and talent research to provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, and sourcing strategies
Create, develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using a mix of tools, platforms, and creative outreach techniques
Craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that drive candidate engagement and response rates
Qualify and assess candidates against role criteria, ensuring a strong alignment with both skills and culture
Track and manage candidate activity and pipelines within the ATS and sourcing tools, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive candidates, creating talent communities for future opportunities
Continuously analyze sourcing performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency
Stay up to date with industry trends, talent market insights, and emerging sourcing tools and technologies
We're excited about if you have (Required Qualifications):
Proven track record of successfully identifying and engaging passive candidates for competitive talent markets leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM and other sourcing tools
Acts with a sense of urgency and experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers in a results driven environment
5–7+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) roles ideally
Strong research and market intelligence capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into effective sourcing strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalised and compelling candidate outreach
High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics and optimize sourcing effectiveness
Experience of Workday, GEM, Gemini AI and Metaview an advantage
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
