Job Description
Sr Manager, Clinical Marketing ICE
In this role, you will lead clinical marketing initiatives for our growing structural heart and electrophysiology imaging portfolio, including VeriSight, VeriSight Pro 3D ICE, and future intracardiac imaging solutions. This is a remote, field-based role within the Cardiac Solutions business, and you will be a highly mobile, customer-facing clinical marketing leader who thrives in hospitals, conferences, and live case environments. You will spend significant time in the field partnering directly with customers, sales teams, and clinical stakeholders to drive clinical adoption, sales enablement, physician education, and market development strategies for Philips’ intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) solutions.
Your role:
Clinical Marketing Strategy & Commercial Execution: Lead development and execution of clinical marketing strategies to drive adoption and growth for the ICE portfolio. Translate clinical evidence, workflows, and competitive insights into differentiated messaging, positioning, and scalable commercial assets that support launches, lifecycle marketing, and sales enablement.
Physician Education & Training Enablement: Guide the creation of innovative physician education tools, including simulation, digital assets, and procedural content. Standardize imaging protocols and train internal teams to ensure consistent clinical messaging, improved procedural confidence, and effective field deployment.
Clinical Expertise & Procedural Support: Serve as a hands-on clinical expert across structural heart, electrophysiology, and interventional imaging procedures. Partner with physicians and provide live case, first-case, and in-field support to optimize workflows and accelerate adoption of 3D ICE technology.
KOL Engagement & Industry Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and ecosystem partners. Drive collaboration on research, publications, and congress activities to strengthen clinical evidence, expand applications, and enhance market credibility.
Product Development & Innovation Input: Act as the voice of the customer in product development, contributing to workflow design, usability, and clinical validation. Partner with R&D and Clinical Affairs to advance next-generation imaging capabilities, including AI-enabled solutions. Lead and influence complex cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, R&D, and Medical Affairs while shaping broader business and portfolio strategy, and mentor and develop clinical and marketing team members to build organizational capability.
Congress Presence & Customer Engagement: Represent the business at major industry events, advisory boards, and training programs while supporting launches and live demonstrations. Partner closely with sales teams through field engagement and ride-alongs to gather insights and drive customer adoption.
