Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to facilitate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will ensure new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared to succeed in their roles.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assess the needs of new hires and develop onboarding plans that meet the requirements.
Prepare onboarding materials, including welcome kits, training schedules, and company policies
Orient new employees to the company’s policies and procedures.
Ensure that new hires have all the necessary tools, equipment, and resources needed to do their Tasks.
Establish and maintain relationships with new hires to ensure a smooth organisational transition.
Prepare and present onboarding reports to senior management.
Manage employee records and data following company policy.
Develop and update onboarding procedures and processes.
Create and implement strategies to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback & Make recommendations for process and policy changes.
Act as a point of contact for new hires to answer questions and provide support
Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process
Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate records
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Collect and analyse feedback to improve the onboarding experience
