Shopper Activation Manager, Oral Health Care
Job Description
As our Shopper & Category Growth Manager for Personal Health, you will drive shopper strategies that accelerate category growth within Oral Health Care.
You will lead the development and execution of shopper activation plans aligned with category strategies, creating impactful in-store experiences and ensuring strong brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.
Working closely with marketing, commercial teams, and retail partners, you will optimize launches, strengthen shopper engagement, and help innovate the Nordic retail experience.
You will also collaborate with the wider Western Europe Shopper team to share best practices and drive efficiencies across markets.
You are the right fit if:
You are a passionate shopper expert with 10+ years of experience in retail shopper marketing, ideally with experience in developing category strategies.
You love our consumers as much as we do and show a deep understanding of consumer behaviors and can turn these insights into compelling trade arguments.
You are hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented and always striving for excellence in every shopper experience you create.
You’re analytical, data-savvy, and not afraid to dig into Excel or dashboards to track performance and find opportunities.
You want to work together and act as a real team player, a great communicator and are comfortable working with different stakeholders
You don’t settle for “good enough” — you take pride in excellent execution and deliver consumer activations that drive results.
What you will do:
Translate consumer behavior and category strategies into effective activations that drive purchases and boost sales.
Make sure our presence in stores (offline and online) is state of the art
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of activities, and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with key retailers to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
