Job Description
As a Services & Solutions Delivery Expert, within the Billing and Settlement process in Europe, you are responsible for the entire billing process, ensuring accurate and timely closure of customer cases and work orders while supporting revenue recognition and meeting SLAs. The role resolves complex exception cases, oversees cost allocation, and acting as the primary escalation point for customer billing issues. You will issue accurate invoices, manage credit notes and re-billing, and ensure financial accuracy and compliance to maintain customer satisfaction and organizational financial health.
Your role:
Lead the resolution of the most complex and high-impact exception cases by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring the seamless integration of work orders into financial systems.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives across the billing function, analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and leading the implementation of best practices that enhance speed, accuracy, and overall operational effectiveness.
Driving process standardization within the area of European billing and settlements; Carry out process mapping for your Domain following the appropriate methodology. Understand/record main deviations between different teams.
Ensures accurate, compliant, and timely issuance of all time and materials (T&M) and contract invoices, playing a critical role in maintaining the organization's financial health and customer satisfaction.
Leads the management of credit notes and re-billing processes, ensuring that all payment disputes and financial adjustments are resolved efficiently and accurately reflected in the company's financial records, thereby supporting overall financial accuracy and transparency.
Ensure data and information accuracy for projects: When collecting/reviewing data, assure the quality of such before using it as agreed baseline.
Performing user-acceptance testing at the end of the project/automation: Responsible to test new deployed wow making sure impact on our scope is as per project deliverables and pull the Andon.

You're the right fit if:
University degree
Previous experience in billing and settlement – must have
Fluent English
Expertise in project management, preferably with a global or regional scope using LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Problem Solving, Daily Management, Standard Work)
Experience in standardizing the processes
Project management
Excellent in stakeholder management across local and international teams. Cultural awareness when communicating with stakeholders from various countries
