What you’ll own as – InP - Service Delivery Analyst Specialist
Production Support and abend handling on supporting critical SLA driven production applications (L2 and L3
support) in 24X7, 365 days environment.
Attending bridge calls, explaining Issues, ability to articulate issues and provide corrective actions within SLA boundaries.
Communication with onsite Team and other Stake Holders.
Doing research and share findings on issues reported by customers.
What you bring
10+ years years of experience on mainframe.
Sound knowledge of Mainframes Technology - JCL, COBOL, Any database (VSAM or DB2 or both), Job Schedular and atleast one ticketing tool.
Experience in Production Support and abend handling preferably on supporting critical SLA driven production applications (L2 and L3
support) in 24X7, 365 days environment.
Experience in bridge calls, ability to articulate issues and provide corrective actions within SLA boundaries.
Readiness to work in rotational shifts including night Shifts and rotational week offs.
Experience in Handling Team.
Good Communication, analytical and research skills.
Extensive knowledge on ITSM processes, hands on experience on Service Now.
Provide Oncall support for critical production applications.
Good to have SRE understanding.
Nice to Have –
Knowledge of Payments industry is a plus.
Knowledge of SAS, DB2, Sql, REXX Programming, Ticketing tool (Service Now) will be a plus.

The team works in 3 shifts to provide 24X7 support to these applications and is responsible to resolve issues within SLAs. Working closely with relationship managers to research and provide accurate findings to merchants on any issues they report with settlements.
