What drives us, is our aspiration, our desire and ambition to keep pushing the envelope, overcoming any hurdle, challenging the status quo to continually find a better way. You will experience these qualities of passion, pride and aspiration in many ways — from a rich set of career development programs to support of community service projects to social events that foster fun and relationship building across our global community.
The Role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support end-to-end hiring across Romania and selected EMEA roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver consistent, high-quality recruitment outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to develop broad EMEA hiring experience across multiple functions while working closely with an experienced regional TA team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and working closely with the wider EMEA TA team, you will manage recruitment processes across a mix of early-career, junior- to mid-level, and specialist roles. You’ll play a key role in keeping hiring processes moving efficiently while helping build strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles.
Based in Cluj and supporting EMEA, this role combines hands-on sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and strong process management to ensure hiring momentum and a positive candidate experience.
Your Impact
• Own full lifecycle recruitment for Romania-based roles and selected EMEA positions from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role scope, candidate profile, interview process, and timelines to ensure roles are set up for success.
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn and other channels, building pipelines for recurring roles and supporting harder-to-fill positions.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keep recruitment processes moving by coordinating interview scheduling, feedback, and decision-making across hiring teams.
• Conduct market mapping and proactive sourcing to build pipelines for specialist roles.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment reporting to support forecasting and planning.
• Provide insight on candidate expectations, availability, and local market dynamics where relevant.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes, sourcing approaches, and candidate engagement strategies.
What You'll Need
• Recruitment experience, ideally within an in-house or agency environment supporting technical, commercial, or professional roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining organisation, pace, and candidate experience.
• Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage candidates.
• Comfortable working with hiring managers to clarify requirements and move hiring processes forward.
• Strong organisational and communication skills when coordinating across stakeholders and time zones.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt as hiring priorities shift.
• Experience using an ATS and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
• Fluency in English.
