Making the most compelling technical case for Affirm to merchants. As necessary, think outside-the-box to design and architect end-to-end solutions that address complex merchant challenges, including advanced integrations and customizations. Evaluate tradeoffs across merchant constraints, platform capabilities, and non-functional requirements, and design tailored solutions aligned with each merchant’s business and technical priorities.
Merchant Trust: You will be responsible for building the trust of your technical counterparts, both internally and externally, while also fostering long term relationships with our Enterprise & Key merchants.
Partner Success: Partner with sales and partner engineering teams to drive opportunities for our largest customers, leading solution strategy and laying groundwork for successful implementations.
Product Influence: Act as the "voice of the customer," providing actionable insights to influence product development and feature prioritization to product management at Affirm.
Knowledge Scaling: Create and share best practices, reusable assets, and training materials to enhance go-to-market efficiency.
Sales Support: Provide technical & architectural input into sales planning and forecasting, identify technical risks and constraints early, and collaborate with Sales Operations to design scalable, repeatable technical engagement models.
