What We'll Bring:
The Project Management team for Project Eagle is responsible for delivering complex, high‑impact initiatives that support TransUnion’s strategic transformation and integration efforts. The team partners with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders across Technology, Operations, People, and Business to ensure disciplined execution, strong governance, and measurable business outcomes across LATAM.
Reporting Line:
This role reports into the Project Management organization under the leadership of Leon Hoek, Director of Project Management.
What You'll Bring:
Role Overview and Core Responsibilities:
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex Project Eagle initiatives, operating as a senior individual contributor.
• Define delivery approach, project plans, schedules, and success metrics aligned with PMO standards.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and influence without direct authority across Technology, Operations, People Ops, and Business.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; own RAID management and escalation.
• Manage scope, change requests, and implementation activities while protecting timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Provide executive‑level project reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation, and knowledge capture across the project lifecycle.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, mentoring others and contributing to continuous improvement of delivery practices.
Required Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong expertise in project scheduling, dependency management, and financial tracking.
• Proven experience with project governance, RAID management, and executive reporting.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
• Deep knowledge of structured Project Management and PMO delivery frameworks, applied to complex enterprise initiatives.
• Extensive experience leading cross‑functional, enterprise‑scale projects in matrixed environments.
• Advanced risk, issue, and change management experience, used to protect delivery outcomes.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex or transformation‑focused initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise HR, finance, or delivery systems.

• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to shape and evolve delivery practices.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
