Senior Project Manager CT
Job Description
As CT Senior Project Manager, you lead global, cross-functional lifecycle management programs to achieve the objectives of CT system portfolios.
You are responsible for multiple projects by leading innovative initiatives implementation within the product lifecycle (post-launch), driving improvements, enhancements and operational excellence in accordance with defined specifications, time, cost and quality. You take full ownership for execution, progress, and delivery of program objectives across functions and geographies.
You manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs spanning hardware, software, application and clinical domains, with a strong focus on stakeholder alignment, resource orchestration and risk management in a regulated healthcare environment.
You are part of a progressive and energetic international team that contributes directly to the growth of the business. You report to the LCM global leader and work closely with global cross-functional teams including R&D, operations, quality, regulatory, service and commercial stakeholders.
Your role:
Create and align a clear program charter and roadmap in close collaboration with system/project leadership.
Lead end-to-end program and project management activities, including planning, resource allocation, risk management and communication across global stakeholders.
Drive execution of lifecycle management activities, including product improvements, component end-of-life management, operational issue resolution and product enhancements.
Establish strong communication structures, lead governance (e.g. steering meetings), drive decisions and ensure alignment across regions and functions.
Plan and manage program activities, resources and timelines, ensuring timely delivery within defined constraints.
Manage program and product-related costs, including development changes, lifecycle investments and cost optimization initiatives.
Identify and manage risks across projects, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and transparently communicated to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure product quality, compliance and adherence to regulatory and healthcare standards throughout the lifecycle.
Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and drive alignment across globally distributed teams.
Provide regular, clear reporting to senior management on program status, risks and achievements.
You have the right fit if:
You have 10+ years of experience in project/program management within a complex, technical environment, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
You bring strong experience in managing cross-functional, global programs, ideally in product lifecycle or change management environments.
You have solid understanding of product development and lifecycle processes, including working in regulated environments.
You demonstrate strong stakeholder management, influencing skills and the ability to drive results without direct authority.
You are skilled in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and use them effectively to manage and communicate program progress.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment.
Experience with quality standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. ISO) is a strong advantage.
