Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Study and analyze policies and trends relevant to medical insurance, healthcare industry, and retail market.
2.Formulate retail business strategies and action plan based on corporate and product needs with reasonable sales projection.
3.Connect to and establish the partnership with top national and regional pharmacy chains, and then follow up with the promotional activities and the channel management stuff.
4.Work with BU colleagues and retail pharmacies to expand the medication accessibility.
5.Optimize the retail partner management process including in-and-out criteria.
6.Design, execute, and optimize retail campaigns and promotional activities together with national and regional retail partners.
7.Attend or initiate conferences and forums relevant to retail business development.
8. Analyze business and sales data to deliver visible dashboard, analysis report, and insights and action plan.
Experience and Competency Requirement
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, and majored in medicine, pharmacy, management, or marketing. MBA and Master in Marketing are preferred.
2.Experienced in retail market and key account management in medication industry, and hands-on experiences in marketing strategy and campaign implementation.
3.Experienced in master and business data management, and also in relevant dashboard and report delivery, accompanying insights and action plan.
4.Willing to account for business KPI and performance.
5.Good at interpersonal relations, communication, and occasional influence.
6.Familiar with medication industry and dynamics of policies relevant to retail market.
7.Team spirit and ability to achieve professional results through cross-function resources and external collaboration.
8.Make contributions with passion, take on challenges with enthusiasm, and achieve assignments with responsibility.

根据公司业务发展需求与产品市场动态,分析零售业务相关数据并制定行动方案,并予以跟进落地与合规执行。建立与全国零售连锁总部与分布部合作,配合公司与外部三方合作伙伴支持零售渠道的活动运营与项目管理,完成个人与团队业务绩效目标。
主要职责
研究与分析零售市场变化,院外市场相关的行业政策与发展趋势 根据公司业务发展需求与产品零售市场计划制定零售渠道区域拓展策略与行动方案,跟进方案落地与合规执行 跟进与全国零售连锁总部,分部,门店的合作,并协同第三方跟进门店活动运营与动销库存管理 协同BU区域同事与外部合作零售连锁推进院内处方院外引流,扩大零售渠道治疗方案可及性 协助院外零售渠道管理体系的完善和优化,优化合作准入标准与退出机制 设计,执行,跟进优化零售渠道市场项目与营销活动,包括全国与区域连锁药店 参加外部或办理自建零售渠道会议,提供团队与跨部门行业洞见 分析零售渠道业务数据变化,以及各类零售市场项目执行成果数据,给予优化策略与行动建议
经验与能力要求
本科及以上学历, 医学、药学、管理、或市场营销相关专业优先, 工商管理硕士或市场营销硕士优先 丰富的医药行业零售市场业务规划与零售连锁客户沟通与合作经验,具备产品零售市场策略与营销活动项目执行落地经历 有业务数据管理与分析能力,并能制作相应报表与洞察报告,给予优化策略与行动建议 愿意承担业务绩效考核 熟悉医药产业与院外零售市场政策变化 良好的人际关系,沟通能力及职场影响力 较好的团队合作能力,善于整合内外部资源追求卓越工作成果 具备工作热忱,乐于接受挑战,完成工作任务 行为符合吉利德价值观 - 诚信,包容,团队精神,卓越,责任
