Summary of Role
Lead F8 FRC Tech Dev Integration Team to develop process flows and integration schemes to enable the attainment of product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
Essential Responsibilities
• Daily leadership to the Integration Team to develop process flows and process recipes to enable meeting the product requirements for performance, reliability and defect free manufacturing.
• Ensure the Team has methods and processes in place to test the devices and structures being developed
• Ensure the Team implements methods and procedures for process control and inspection to ensure that the products are free of flaws and function as designed
• Ensure comprehensive analysis is in place for yield and performance objectives
• Ensure the Team pursues objectives employing best practices for change management, risk mitigation, developing for lower cost, and problem solving
• Ensure Team performs all activities in a safe and responsible manner supporting all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
• Work and collaborate with other projects and organizations as needed
Other Responsibilities
Growing the skills and knowledge of all Team members
Coaching the Team on best practices for effort and approaches to Technology Development
Project leadership from sizing through execution
Executive reporting on all of the above
Required Qualifications
> 10 years in Semiconductor Industry in technical roles
> 3 years managerial experience
BS in Relevant Engineering Discipline
Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications.
At least two previous roles in management
Demonstrated record of accomplishment in Technology Devel
MS or higher degree in relevant engineering discipline
Demonstrated track record of employee development
Demonstrated track record of giveback to organizations and community
Expected Salary Range
$143,000.00 - $247,000.00
The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
