About the role Inflection AI is searching for a Senior Legal Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and collaborate closely with our Legal Team to manage legal operations, corporate compliance, M&A due diligence, and contract management. This position plays a vital role in supporting a large, multi-unit organization and presents substantial opportunities for career advancement. The ideal candidate will provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and complex transactions and have the technical skills and professional maturity to operate independently with minimal guidance from an attorney. Responsibilities: Organize corporate records and conduct due diligence reviews; Coordinate due diligence activities for acquisitions in partnership with internal stakeholders; Engage effectively with cross-functional teams (such as Corporate Development, Integration Management Office, Legal, Finance, IT, and others) to identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues in the deal and integration process Help create and update company-wide policies, processes, standardized documents, and training resources; Review and interpret a wide range of agreements, such as master service agreements, consulting contracts, NDAs, amendments, work orders, and vendor agreements; Maintain a database of key contracts and highlight non-standard terms for easy access; Oversee corporate governance requirements for subsidiaries, including tracking required filings, registrations, and intercompany agreements; Manage the Legal team’s technology stack and infrastructure, including integrations between other business systems to streamline operations; Develop and manage the Legal team’s annual budget, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and implementing cost-optimization initiatives; Ensure all board and corporate governance documents are up to date; and Requirements: Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field to the offered position requirements; paralegal certification is a plus. 6+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, corporate governance, or related areas. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with discretion and professionalism. Skilled in using legal operations platforms, document management tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with generative AI tools is a plus. Must be willing to work onsite 4 days a week. Compensation At Inflection AI, we aim to attract and retain the best employees and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contributions to the company. For this role, Inflection AI estimates a starting annual base salary will fall in the range of approximately $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range.
