To be successful as a Senior Full Stack Developer, you should have experience with: Designing and developing scalable client reporting platforms using Spring Boot, Angular micro-frontends, and modern architectural patterns Building and optimizing high-volume enterprise systems with good performance, reliability, and scalability Supporting SLA-driven production environments, including incident management and rapid issue resolution Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into practical technical solutions Working effectively within global delivery models, partnering with offshore teams to ensure consistent execution Some other highly valued skills may include: Driving innovation through modern best practices and AI-enabled tools while clearly communicating complex technical concepts Implementing advanced metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions to maintain real-time platform visibility Working with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including performance tuning and data modeling for reporting workloads Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerized development patterns You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in Whippany, New Jersey. Minimum Salary: $120,000 Maximum Salary: $175,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
