The Role
As the Senior Field Marketing Manager for UKI & MEA, you will be a key driver of regional growth owning and executing the field marketing strategy across two high-potential and diverse markets.
You’ll partner closely with Sales & Regional Directors, BDRs, Partnerships, SE and EMEA Marketing to build pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and expand Chainguard’s presence across enterprise and high-growth accounts. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and offers a strong path toward regional leadership as the business scales.
What You’ll Do
Own Regional Demand & Pipeline Growth
Develop and execute integrated quarterly marketing plans aligned to UKI & MEA pipeline and revenue targets
Drive full-funnel demand generation across priority accounts and segments
Execute High-Impact Programs
Deliver a mix of field programs including executive roundtables, owned events, industry conferences, and partner activations
Localise and amplify global campaigns to resonate with regional audiences (security leaders, platform engineers, DevOps teams)
Leverage digital and ABM strategies to extend reach and engagement
Drive Strategic Account Engagement
Partner with Sales to identify and activate Tier 1 / strategic accounts
Build targeted, multi-touch programs that support complex enterprise buying journeys
Strengthen Sales & Marketing Alignment
Act as the trusted marketing partner to regional Sales leaders and BDR teams
Align on GTM priorities, account plans, and campaign execution
Enable Sales with programs, messaging, and tools to drive conversion
Expand Partner Marketing
Collaborate with key cloud, channel, and technology partners to co-create and execute joint campaigns
Work closely with Partner sales to build new GTM partnership opportunities to scale reach across MEA and UKI
Contribute to EMEA Strategy
Support and influence pan-EMEA campaigns, events, and strategic initiatives
Share regional insights to refine messaging, positioning, and program effectiveness
Measure, Optimise, Scale
Track performance across pipeline, engagement, and ROI metrics
Use insights to continuously optimise programs and inform future investment
What We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing roles within B2B tech (security, cloud, or developer tools strongly preferred)
Regional marketing expertise – Proven ability to plan and execute programs tailored to diverse markets, ideally across UKI and MEA
Strong GTM partnership mindset – Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes
Understanding of modern security & developer landscape – Familiarity with cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security is a strong plus
Data-driven approach – Comfortable using metrics, attribution, and insights to guide decisions and optimise performance
Excellent communication & influence – Able to build relationships across functions and seniority levels
Builder mentality – Thrives in a fast-scaling environment with the ability to create, test, and scale programs from the ground up
Willingness to travel – Approximately 20–25% for events and regional engagement
