The Opportunity That Awaits You:      The Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager will lead advanced planning, forecasting and supply balancing across all product lines for both domestic and international, including trunk stock, service items, and FRUs, to support revenue goals and Field Service operations.   The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Field Support, and Revenue Planning to evaluate forecast changes and their operational impact, while monitoring forecast accuracy against actual sales to identify risks such as inventory imbalances or potential backorders. This senior individual contributor will drive end-to-end demand and supply alignment, optimize inventory and service levels, and influence executive-level supply chain decisions. The planning manager also manages inventory levels across domestic and international 3PL partners, coordinates timely replenishment, and works with the Master Scheduler and Logistics teams on allocation decisions during supply constraints.     This role requires a strong blend of analytical capability, operational leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure supply continuity while supporting business growth and regulatory compliance.   Additionally, the role provides regular reporting on forecast performance, operations metrics, and KPIs, and ensures compliance with the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System.
