Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Software Engineers to drive the development of cutting-edge artificial intelligence enabled solutions. As a key member of our Asset Management Engineering team, you'll shape the future of investment management by developing and deploying innovative AI applications.
In this role you will be instrumental in:
Engineering a technology stack to revolutionize insight generation through AI-powered analytics.
Building scalable solutions to enhance investment management workflows, elevating the investment process and creating efficiencies.
Integrating a technology stack with LLMs to support a range of uses, from insight generation to workflow automation.
Accelerating the adoption of generative AI across the asset management value chain-distribution, investments and investment operations.
You will combine your technical expertise with business acumen to:
Develop production-grade applications integrated with LLMs from concept to deployment.
Design and implement automated workflows for complex investment processes.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
The ideal candidate for this job should have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A strong academic background with coursework in data structures, algorithms, and software development is preferred.
Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on development experience.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Natural curiosity and passion for emerging technologies.
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities in this job include (but are not limited to):
Design, develop, and deploy technology solutions integrated with LLMs for distribution, investments and investment operations.
Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and frameworks and build proof-of-concept solutions.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with data engineers, technologists and product owners to architect scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Optimize existing workflows and tools through AI automation while ensuring solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
Perform code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture and documentation.
Required Technical Skills:
Advanced Python programming and experience with generative AI models with knowledge of prompt engineering, fine tuning and RAG implementation.
Strong foundation in cloud computing, containerization, and proficiency with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Deep understanding of LLM capabilities, responsible AI practices, and experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
Full-stack development skills, including frontend development with React/JavaScript, building and maintaining RESTful APIs, and understanding web architecture and microservices.
Experience with AWS services, cloud-native architectures, scalable and secure deployment patterns, and familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
Ability to handle large-scale datasets, data engineering principles, and knowledge of automated workflow design and implementation.
What we will look for in an ideal candidate:
Engineering (B.E./ B. Tech.) graduate or Masters (Stats, Quant, Mathematics, etc.) from a well-recognized institute.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments
Comfortable working with globally distributed teams
Preferred Additional Experience:
Financial services or investment management background.
Experience with web scraping and data extraction techniques.
Open-source contributions or side development projects.
