The Role
The world is changing – so are we! As a <Senior AI Algorithm Developer>, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative machine and deep learning algorithms and models for the next generation of AspenTech’s subsurface and engineering solutions. We are seeking a sharp, disciplined, and highly quantitative individual with a passion for working with complex and very large data and cutting-edge technologies, leveraging your expertise in machine learning and AI to develop ground-breaking software for oil and gas exploration.
Your Impact
Design and develop AI based software in the subsurface domains.
Research for advanced solutions.
Work in collaboration with various teams in R&D, Testing and Product.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and software developers to develop new machine learning applications for the subsurface exploration systems.
Collaborate with product managers and technical staff to develop technology strategies to promote continuous innovation in our domains.
Investigate new and developing technologies as they appear in industry and academia and determine how to leverage these new technologies into our software applications.
What You'll Need
MSc degree in Computer Science, Geo Science, Physics, Math, Statistics, or other similar scientific discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, Neural Networks.
Track record of experience in Python programming, including data science specific packages, such as Pandas, Numpy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn etc.
Problem solving capabilities, both analytically and technically.
Experience in Geoscience or related fields such as medical imaging, computer vision, machine vision, remote sensing, or scientific imaging - Advantage.
Written and verbal fluency in English.
