This role is responsible for balancing demand and supply, ensuring alignment across multiple functions, and contributing to strategic decision-making to achieve business objectives. How You Will Make an Impact Facilitate and support the end-to-end SE&OP process, including data collection, analysis, and preparation of materials for review meetings Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, production, procurement, and finance teams to gather demand forecasts, production capacities, and inventory data Analyze demand and supply gaps, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations Develop and maintain SE&OP reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and business performance Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize the SE&OP process and implementing best practices Support the development and implementation of forecasting models and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency Communicate SE&OP plans, insights, and decisions effectively to stakeholders across the organization Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to supply chain optimization and operational excellence Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards related to SE&OP and supply chain management You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
