As a Scrum Master for the Ambulatory Monitoring and Diagnostics Heart, R&D organization, you’ll be part of a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team within the ECG Solutions group. You will help enable teams in their continued journey through SAFe, to think creatively, take risks and consider the “What if...” scenario all the while ensuring that the squad is fully functional, productive, and focused on sprint and PI goals.
Your role:
Effectively lead and facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies for multiple scrum teams and deliver on our Development Backlog for the ECG Solutions ART.
Align with other scrum masters within the SAFe release train and across the organization to track PI and sprint commitments.
Coordinate/manage dependencies and help remove impediments.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 3+ years’ experience in a scrum master role or similar role, with required experience working in an agile medical device environment
Your skills include experience using Amazon Cloud, Java, JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, Azure DevOp - Scrum Master certification required
You possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, master’s degree preferred
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You are experienced in Product/Software Development and Design Controls within in a medically regulated environment is preferred
SAFe certifications preferred
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in San Diego, CA is $115,000 to $187,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
