Job Title: Scientist I, Analytics & Metrology Job Description: Position Summary:   This chemist is to provide analysis of chemical and filter performance test method development in Korea Technology Center. Primary job is to do analysis of chemical with maintenance of analytical instruments. Also the chemist needs to support filter performance test and collaborate with team engineers for testing.   This position will be located in Ansan, Korea.  This is a 6-month contract position.     Key Responsibilities:   Routine test to different matrix liquid samples and chemicals by using analytical instruments such as ICP-MS, IC, GC, OPC, and other related chemical analysis instrument and test systems   Need to search for new analysis instruments and develop new lab test method    Daily test system check, tools maintenance, documentation   Daily report to engineers for tool status, test results   Maintain test tools and analysis instruments in good condition   Maintain lab consumables at enough stock level   Maintain Lab infrastructure in good condition   May help in editing/updating of lab SOP’s       Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:    Strong team work skill as this position will participate in multiple team efforts in KTC   Chemical or analytical chemistry knowledge is preferred      Education / Experience:   BS.or MS, Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related subject    Over 1 years experience related to chemical analysis in chemical, polymer  or  semiconductor field   Reading English is needed   Writing and speaking English are desired   Experience of Semiconductor equipment or related is preferred, but not necessary
