About the Role
You will lead sales strategy and execution for banking and payments solutions, driving revenue growth across a defined portfolio. You will engage senior stakeholders, identify new opportunities, and deliver tailored fintech solutions that address complex client needs. Success in this role is measured by achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships. You will operate at a strategic level while directly contributing to deal origination and closure.
What You Will Be Doing
• Drive new business development and revenue growth across banking and payments solutions
• Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned to market opportunities and client needs
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure
• Engage C-level executives and decision-makers to position value-driven fintech solutions
• Identify client challenges and translate them into tailored solution proposals
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and solution teams to design compelling offerings
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and performance reporting
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage contract processes effectively
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to drive client retention and expansion
Required Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in enterprise sales within banking, financial services, or payments
• Strong knowledge of payments ecosystems, digital banking, and financial technology solutions
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals
• Advanced stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and develop solution-based sales strategies
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract management capabilities
• Experience using CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling fintech platforms, payment processing, or core banking solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks in financial services
• Ability to lead sales initiatives across cross-functional and international teams
• Familiarity with data-driven sales methodologies and performance analytics
• Professional certifications in sales, finance, or payments industry domains
