This role is for individuals who thrive in a high-performance, target driven environment, and are passionate about breaking into enterprise accounts, building pipeline from scratch, and opening doors with senior decision-makers.
You will play a critical role in driving new logo acquisition for SOTI across the India region owning outbound prospecting, qualifying real opportunities, and ensuring only sales ready pipeline is handed over to the Sales team.
This is a fast-track role into enterprise sales, with a clear path to Account Management based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Own outbound pipeline creation across enterprise accounts in the India region
Aggressively hunt for new opportunities through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
Relentlessly follow up on trade show leads, inbound inquiries, and dormant opportunities until qualified
Identify, engage, and qualify senior decision-makers ensuring opportunities are real, validated, and sales-ready
Conduct strong discovery to uncover business pain, urgency, and project timelines
Deliver a warm, well-contextualized handoff to the Sales team to accelerate deal closure
Work closely with Sales to map accounts, prioritize targets, and drive conversion
Partner with channel teams to identify and recruit new resellers and partners in key markets
Clearly articulate SOTI ONE Platform value proposition, positioning SOTI as the leader in managing mission-critical frontline devices
Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce with high data accuracy
Consistently meet and exceed pipeline and activity targets

Experience You’ll Bring
2+ years experience in BDR/SDR, inside sales, or outbound prospecting (B2B only)
Proven ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach and prospecting
Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior and executive stakeholders
Highly motivated self-starter with a hunter mindset and strong ownership mentality
Ability to understand and translate technology into business value
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Knowledge of enterprise mobility, SaaS, or device management is a strong plus
Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities by penetrating new accounts through high activity calling, emailing and LinkedIn to Senior decision makers in Enterprises with a focus on finding qualified projects and setting appointments for our sales team to take forward.
Reconnect and build relationships with older cold leads to help continuously build the pipeline
Prospect potential clients through networking and finding the best way to connect with the decision makers
Continue to refine and hone your prospecting and outreach skills
Manage all prospective clients and opportunities in SalesForce, ensuring all communications are accurately logged and necessary documents are attached
Articulate the SOTI ONE Platform Solution, values and capabilities to prospects through phone and email communication
Meet or exceed quarterly targets
Qualifications
Experience in Business to Business lead generation and technical sales is required, where the experience has been mainly on hunting for new business
1 years of previous experience in inside sales, prospecting & equivalent
Excellent written/verbal communication skills, you are a confident communicator, comfortable speaking with managers, executive and peers
Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a professional attitude
Good organization and time management skills
Knowledge of mobile device platforms highly preferred
Highly motivated, self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset and the ability to achieve set targets
Polished customer service skills and an ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments and a positive attitude
Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
