As an SDR, you’ll be a key part of our GTM engine while driving a high-quality pipeline, shaping early prospect conversations, and influencing how we take our AI solutions to market. What You’ll Be Doing
Drive high-quality outbound pipeline by securing and qualifying meetings with prospective clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling across target accounts and verticals.
Research, map, and deeply understand prospective accounts to identify whitespace, uncover buying triggers, and craft tailored outreach strategies for enterprise prospects within your territory.
Build strong relationships with new and existing prospects, uncover business needs, and effectively align them with our product capabilities to create net-new opportunities.
Address product and capability questions during early sales conversations and guide prospects through the qualification process.
Consistently achieve and aim to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline metrics, including qualified meetings, new contacts, and opportunity creation.
Partner closely with Account Executives to run joint strategies that drive value, accelerate deal cycles, and influence account penetration.
Own and manage your SDR pipeline, ensuring qualified prospects seamlessly move into discovery and demo stages.
Actively participate in weekly strategy and training sessions to strengthen product knowledge, messaging, and sales acumen.
Leverage the full sales tech stack (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Nooks, etc.) to optimise targeting, productivity, and conversion.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting, activity tracking, and data integrity in Salesforce.
