WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced RVP, Sales – DACH to lead and grow Tealium’s enterprise sales business across the region. This leader will be responsible for developing and coaching a high-performing team of Account Executives, partnering closely with the VP & GM of EMEA, and collaborating with regional sales leaders to execute a unified go-to-market strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth and market expansion across DACH.
The role is accountable for delivering new business growth, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and driving forecasting rigor, pipeline health, and sales execution. In close partnership with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Operations, this leader will help shape and execute regional growth strategies while leveraging AI and modern GTM tools to improve team productivity, decision-making, pipeline generation, and overall sales effectiveness. The role requires a strong ownership mentality, data-driven leadership, resourcefulness, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact across the DACH region.
This position is based in Germany and supports Tealium's sales and customer growth initiatives across the DACH region
YOUR DAY TO DAY
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous learning, and consistent achievement of revenue goals.
Define and execute the DACH sales strategy, aligning regional priorities with company objectives to drive sustainable growth, market expansion, and measurable business impact.
Drive new business acquisition through strategic territory planning, disciplined pipeline management, executive relationship building, and proactive opportunity creation.
Leverage AI and modern GTM tools to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline generation, sales productivity, and overall team effectiveness.
Maintain rigorous forecasting and performance management practices, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize execution.
Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Operations to strengthen pipeline creation, improve customer outcomes, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Act as a trusted representative of Tealium across customers, partners, and industry stakeholders while identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities throughout the DACH region.
WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM
10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience, including building and leading high-performing teams within the DACH region or comparable enterprise markets; fluency in English and German required.
Proven track record of driving new business growth, scaling enterprise sales organizations, and consistently delivering against revenue targets.
Experience selling Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), marketing technology, data technology, or related enterprise SaaS solutions, with strong solution positioning and value-selling skills.
Demonstrated success leading large, complex enterprise sales cycles involving executive stakeholders, multiple decision-makers, and six-figure+ contracts.
Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven leadership skills, with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales execution.
Proven ability to leverage AI and modern GTM tools/workflows to improve team productivity, pipeline generation, decision-making, and overall sales effectiveness.
Hands-on, resourceful leader with a strong ownership mentality, exceptional communication and executive presence, and the ability to build trusted relationships across customers, partners, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Wage Transparency

While requirements vary by location, transparency is a core value at Tealium. We’re committed to providing clear and consistent compensation information to all applicants, regardless of location.
Germany - This full-time position offers a base salary range of €165,000 to €200,000 Euros annually . The final offer is determined by job-related skills, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for a performance-based bonus and equity options.
