Job Purpose -
Lead the processes of Order to Serve, warehousing and distribution ensuring complete alignment with the expectations of the business, those of our customers and adherence to policies internal and to the established budget. This position is critical as it is a key element in achieving our vision of being the preferred business partner for our clients.
JOB PURPOSE:
Develop and lead revenue recognition strategies to maximize company revenue, including pricing strategies and forecasting revenue process. Working closely with sales teams, marketing, finance and trade mkt. Conduct analyses of prices offered of the BU to our shoppers, considerings competitors, market context and finance internal objectives.
The purpose of this is to control investment and costs to ensure that the process works and that we have the appropriate control points. This role play a key in developing a revenue management project in making the company profitable.
Responsible for the delivery of profitable market share growth of Sanofi CHC trade customers & channels, and work with finance, sales & trade marketing for the delivery of the Sanofi CHC customer P&Ls
Helps ensure all our trade terms including financial terms, ordering and delivery terms and data terms have a strong ROI & GTN efficiency.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
The position reports directly to Customer Lead – TMS working and serving to all Commercial team (TH, MM, MY, SG)
SUPERVISED RESOURCES
Stakeholders: GMs, Customer team, Growth Activator Lead, Finance BP, Brand managers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Revenue Growth Management:
Lead and responsible for the delivery of profitable market share growth of Sanofi CHC TMS market trade customers & channels
Responsible for the delivery of the Sanofi CHC customer P&Ls
Actively role model the Play to Win attitude across the organisation
Ensure all our trade terms including financial terms, ordering and delivery terms and data terms have a strong ROI and GTN efficiency.
Lead the process of exchanging price lists.
Identify product and portfolio mix opportunities to enable improved profitability. Focus on highest GM brands and
the streamlining of SKU’s that are not.
Ensure all pricing, gross to net and product/ portfolio mix opportunities are identified across the E-Commerce channel
Be innovative and lead several sub-projects that will help to enhance pricing, investment and P&L management.
Create Pricing Strategies
Lead the creation of new Gross-to-Net policy and application of new prices and control to ensure the alignment with global policy
Determine and set cost & prices in order to be competitive and earn revenue.
Assist in budget preparation and expense control activities.
Forecast future demand and pricing trends.
Forecast monthly revenue and identify and communicate revenue opportunities to management. (GTN & A&P)
Provide financial expertise to Management for revenue improvements.
Conduct Competition Analyses
Periodically evaluate the prices of their competition.
Analyze economic trends to determine the ideal demand
Strategic revenue management:
Understanding and can lead the inventory management processes
Understand and track customer trends across different markets (TH, MM, MY, SG)
Generating revenue reports
Generate every quarter revenue reports and financial statements for management review.
Develop internal controls to support revenue management activities.
Assist in revenue accounting and closing processes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
JOB-HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Education: University / College graduated in science or business-related degree.
Experience & knowledge:
At least 8-10 years of experience between Commercial and Revenue experience
Have the multiple-countries revenue management
