Key Responsibilities
Requirements Governance & Frameworks
· Define and maintain requirements management standards, processes, and templates.
· Ensure consistency, quality, and traceability of requirements across all initiatives.
· Establish and enforce governance for requirements sign-off and change control.
Stakeholder Engagement & Analysis
· Engage business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements.
· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions.
· Act as a bridge between business users, project managers, architects, and developers.
Requirements Planning & Prioritisation
· Define requirements management plans for projects and programs.
· Ensure requirements are prioritised based on business value, risk, and dependencies.
· Manage scope by controlling requirement changes and assessing impacts.
Requirements Documentation & Traceability
· Oversee production of Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.
· Ensure full requirements traceability from business objectives through to test cases.
· Monitor adherence to agreed requirements throughout the solution lifecycle.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
· Manage and mentor a team of business analysts.
· Provide training and guidance on best practices in requirements engineering.
· Build capability in agile and hybrid delivery methods for requirements management.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
· Conduct quality reviews of requirements deliverables.
· Capture and apply lessons learned to improve requirements management practices.
· Drive adoption of tools and automation for requirements management (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
· 8+ years’ experience in business analysis and requirements management.
· At least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
· Proven experience managing requirements for large, complex programs.
· Certifications in Business Analysis highly desirable.

· Expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation.
· Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation abilities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
