North America is setting the blueprint for RCS for Business – the rich and interactive Telco messaging channel, powered by Google and supported by Apple, which is enabling Brands and consumers to move from “mobile first” to “messaging first”.
To build on our position at the forefront of the channel Globally and in North America, we are hiring a Regional GTM Manager – RCS, to be a key contributor to Infobip’s regional growth strategy and driving the commercial success of the channel.
The role will be part of our Global RCS Business Unit (Base), and work closely with the North American regional leadership and Sales squads, as well as coordinate with other Business Units.
The success of the role will be measured by accelerated pipeline growth, an increase in opportunity conversion, and strategic partner engagement, and will directly contribute to business unit and regional revenue and GP targets.
What you'll do
GTM and Sales Alignment
Translate company and RCS Base strategy into regional execution plans, ensuring business momentum and sustainable growth.
Develop and maintain the RCS pipeline, in collaboration with our Sales Squad and Chapter Leads, propose strategic sales initiatives, and provide commercial guidance.
Actively support key sales cycles, leveraging product expertise to drive conversions and revenue growth, and attend customer and prospect meetings as a subject matter expert.
Product Specialist - Growth and Enablement
Engage directly with customers, building relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for product adoption, feeding this into product teams.
Work closely with our Sales Squad and Chapter Leads, equipping them with product knowledge, updates, and ongoing support.
Partner Relationships
Support our key ecosystem partnerships with carriers and Industry bodies such as the CTIA, as Infobip’s regional RCS point of contact.
Maintain our strong relationship with the regional Google GTM contacts, managing joint target customer list, developing joint GTM executions plans and ensuring we maximise realisation of incentives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
Align closely with Global and HQ teams (mainly based in Croatia), such as Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure GTM alignment and knowledge sharing.
Be a trusted partner with NAM Sales teams, providing product expertise directly and supporting them with prospect / client meetings as appropriate.
Work with other HQ Business Units (Bases) to ensure collaboration on GTM initiatives.
Partner with VPs and Sales Directors to align product strategies with overall sales objectives.
Collaborate with NAM Operator Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Compliance, Analysts and Regulatory teams to support product success and optimize processes.
What makes you a strong fit
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise technology sales, solution consulting, GTM execution, business development, or product adoption roles within SaaS, CPaaS, telecommunications, or related industries.
Proven success in GTM implementation with growth in targeted areas/regions.
Demonstrated experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, including opportunity qualification, stakeholder management, business case development, and deal progression.
A strong solution-selling mindset with the ability to translate product capabilities into business outcomes and customer value propositions
Strong influencing and communication skills a must. Prior experience in public speaking is a plus.
Experience working closely with Product teams on product enhancement and process optimization.
Able to hold strong RCS knowledge, from product offering and provisioning to onboarding, functionalities, and monetization strategies.
Solid understanding and related experience in full sales cycle.
Possesses an operational focus/mindset and can work with a lot of moving parts easily.
Preferred experience in CPaaS channels (e.g., SMS, MMS, RCS) or the telecommunications industry highly desired.
CPaaS with GTM commercial product experience a plus.
Preferred location: Eastern Time (ET) or Central Time (CT).

Additional Information
Salary Range: The base compensation for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 USD annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus plan. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset.
