Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Davie location. This role is critical in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment while supporting daily administrative operations.
You will act as the “face” of the company—ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, employees, and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors
Direct guests to appropriate departments or personnel
Maintain a professional and friendly reception environment
Offer beverages and ensure a positive first impression
Communication Management
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage incoming emails or messages when needed
Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support
Assist leadership team with ad hoc requests
Support scheduling and coordination tasks
Mail & Office Coordination
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
Coordinate courier services when needed
Maintain organization of front office documentation
Office Operations & Supplies
Keep reception area and meeting rooms clean and presentable
Monitor and order front office supplies
Ensure meeting spaces are ready for use
Security & Access Control
Maintain visitor logs and issue badges
Follow company security and access protocols
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
Experience supporting leadership teams
Familiarity with office management tools or scheduling systems
Work Schedule
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM
Fully onsite in Davie, FL

Pay Range
$18—$21 USD
