We are seeking an R&D Scientist to join our team and support the development, testing, and improvement of genomic, life science, and diagnostic products.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and executing experiments to support new product and application development
Applying molecular biology, cytogenetics, diagnostics, biotechnology, or clinical lab science expertise to assay development and improvement
Conducting hands-on wet lab work, processing data, and reporting results clearly and accurately
Working within regulated quality systems and following SOPs, work instructions, and design control requirements
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting lab maintenance, equipment qualification, and documentation
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor of Science
Molecular biology or a related biological science experience
1+ years of relevant experience
Desired:
Willing and able to perform bench work as a primary day-to-day responsibility
Genomic experience
Direct experience with microarray workflows is preferred; comparable experience with related technologies may substitute
Ability to work effectively within a regulated or structured laboratory environment

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $97,920.00 - $153,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
