Job Purpose
You will join a team that tests and assures the quality of materials and products. You will perform laboratory testing, support documentation, and follow good manufacturing and laboratory practices. You will work closely with lab colleagues, technical leads and quality partners. We value curiosity, attention to detail and a desire to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine analytical and microbiological testing of incoming materials, in-process samples and finished products.
- Support sample management, including receipt, labeling, storage and disposal of samples and reference standards.
- Maintain clear, accurate laboratory records and raw data in line with good documentation practices.
- Follow laboratory procedures, standard operating procedures and safety requirements to meet regulatory and GMP/GLP expectations.
- Assist with instrument checks, basic maintenance and preparation of reagents and media.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities and support assigned projects.
Education, Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year laboratory experience.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and good laboratory practices.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work on-site and follow safety and compliance requirements.
- Prior internship or hands-on experience in a quality control or analytical lab.
- Familiarity with GMP/GLP principles and laboratory documentation.
- Experience with LIMS or SAP for sample and batch record management.
- Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a team and learning new lab instrumentation.
