Role Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT implementation projects and manage support & maintenance contracts for mission-critical systems serving enterprise clients, including government departments and the Hong Kong International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full project lifecycle — planning, execution, monitoring, and closure — ensuring on-time, on-budget, on-quality delivery
Manage support & maintenance contracts including SLA management, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement
Serve as primary client contact; manage stakeholder expectations, progress reporting, and steering committees
Lead cross-functional project teams; assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and mentor team members
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues with recommended actions
Coordinate third-party vendors and subcontractors for seamless delivery
Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, change requests, and post-implementation reviews
Requirements
Mandatory:
Minimum 8 years of IT experience
At least 3 years as Project Manager or Team Lead in IT system implementation projects and support & maintenance of mission-critical systems
University degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
Preferred:
Certification or experience with one or more of the following applications:
IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) — asset management, work management, or related modules
YonYou ERP — enterprise resource planning implementation and support
Kingdee ERP — enterprise resource planning implementation and support
Government / Airport project experience
ITIL / ITSM knowledge
