Tenstorrent is advancing the next generation of AI and compute technology, powered by global teams collaborating across engineering, architecture, and operations. The Project Management Support Specialist plays a key role in enabling our Japan-based engineering organization to stay focused on technical innovation by handling operational, administrative, and customer-facing program tasks. This is a highly collaborative role interfacing with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
This role is hybrid, based out of Tokyo, Japan.

What We Need
Strong understanding of business operations or finance within the Japanese region.
Experience supporting R&D or government-funded projects (preferred).
Fluent Japanese communication skills; English proficiency is a plus.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
