The Program Success Enablement Analyst is a critical role ensuring Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by supporting the development and execution of Change Management strategies.
The Program Success Enablement Analyst's primary responsibilities will be project managing the team's activities and owning elements of the change plan. You will report to the Director, Product Design & Development.
Your Responsibilities:
You will:
Project Manage
Establish regular meeting and reporting schedules for the Success Enablement (SE) team to ensure timely communication and progress tracking
Maintain Jira Align to track the progress of SE team activities and deliverables
Execute SE Program Activities
Create SE Mobilization Plan (Gantt Chart)
Establish and document the process for reviewing and approving Success Enablement deliverables.
Conduct learning method analysis to examine the different learning methods
Conduct a Learning Tool Analysis designed to assess the learning tools proposed for D2R Training by providing insight into the strengths and weaknesses resulting in specific recommended learning tools.
Communicate and Engage
Maintain release end-user engagement plans (comms, training, change network check-ins, etc.)
Draft program-level communication and coordinate distribution
Manage Translations
Conduct translation tool analysis
Develop a plan for translating content and communications for different regions or languages, managed by the logistics project manager.
Ensure Learning:
Translate learning content via Transperfect tool
Input self-paced materials into LMS
Please note you will not have managerial responsibilities
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
Typically requires a minimum 5 years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketing
Expertise: Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory. An understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model
Specialization: Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian suite; prior experience with agile and other program management methodologies
Communication. Product marketing experience
Global Mindset. Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams
Equanimity. Must have excellent conflict resolution and people interface skills.
