We are seeking a passionate and meticulous program manager to lead the day-to-day operations of NVIDIA’s global Matching Gifts and Employee Volunteering programs. Reporting into our HR organization, this role is pivotal to strengthening our company culture by enabling employees to give back, connect with their communities, and live our values in action. By ensuring operational excellence, delivering data-driven insights, and providing outstanding employee support, this role directly contributes to program growth, employee engagement, and measurable community impact worldwide.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the daily administration of NVIDIA’s global Matching Gifts and Employee Volunteering initiatives, ensuring flawless execution and a positive employee experience.
Process monthly matching invoices, monitor matching budget spend, and provide regular updates to Finance.
Own all program-related reporting requirements (recurring and ad hoc) ensuring accuracy, analyzing results, and providing insightful recommendations for opportunity and improvement.
Maintain strong data integrity and operational rigor across systems and processes, including leading annual audit of matching gifts program and vendor.
Maintain, and ensure the accuracy of, key program documents and resources for employees.
Deliver excellent, timely, and effective customer service to employees globally and other internal and external partners.
Support program-related content and communications to engage employees across initiatives.
Research and implement opportunities to harness AI to scale employee support and engagement.
Support the planning of fundraisers and volunteer events, as needed.
What we need to see:
5+ years of direct, proven experience running employee giving, matching gifts, and volunteering programs.
Demonstrated experience analyzing data and delivering performance reporting with actionable insights.
Strong customer-service orientation with experience supporting employee-facing programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, meticulous, and able to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
