Job Description
The Modality Sales Specialist drives strategic and tactical sales execution for assigned product modalities, achieving revenue and market share targets with limited supervision. The role identifies and penetrates new business opportunities, leveraging strong clinical and technical expertise to expand market presence. It serves as a trusted advisor to customers on technological innovations and upgrades while preparing detailed analyses and performance reports to guide data-driven sales decisions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your role:
Leads strategic and tactical sales execution for assigned product modalities, delivering accurate forecasting and driving achievement of sales targets, market share objectives, and annual operating plan goals with limited supervision.
Identifies and penetrates new business opportunities while expanding existing market presence, leveraging deep clinical and technical expertise to position solutions competitively and support tender strategies and quotations.
Serves as a trusted advisor to customers by presenting compelling clinical and technical value propositions, recommending technological innovations and upgrades, and resolving inquiries to enhance satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Partners cross-functionally with Marketing and internal stakeholders to refine pricing strategies, sales tools, product forecasts, and competitive positioning while ensuring CRM accuracy and data-driven decision-making.
Monitors market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights, drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performing, customer-focused sales culture.
You are a fit if:
Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or equivalent.
A minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 1 year of experience with Master's in areas such as Business Development, Clinical Sales, Service or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
