BitGo (NYSE: BTGO) is the digital asset infrastructure company delivering custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, stablecoins, and settlement services from regulated cold storage. BitGo maintains a global presence and multiple regulated entities, including BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association, the first federally chartered digital asset trust bank owned by a publicly traded company. Today, BitGo serves thousands of institutions, including many of the industry's top brands, financial institutions, exchanges, and platforms, and millions of investors worldwide. About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Tokenization & Stablecoin Infrastructure team and drive the products that let institutions issue, mint, redeem, custody, and move stablecoins and tokenized real-world assets. You will work closely with stablecoin issuers, asset managers, banks, and token foundations, along with engineering, compliance, legal, and go-to-market teams, to bring new issuers and assets onto BitGo's regulated infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, ambiguous space where regulation, market structure, and technology are evolving together. You will own the roadmap, shape strategy, and see products through from first customer conversation to launch and scale. What You'll Do Own the roadmap, strategy, and execution for BitGo's tokenization and stablecoin infrastructure, including mint/burn and redemption flows, issuance workflows, reserve and settlement integrations, and tokenized asset lifecycle management. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and operations and compliance partners to build institutional-grade solutions. Scope and ship new issuer and asset integrations end to end: write PRDs, define order, fee, and settlement flows, align on custody and security models, and drive launch readiness. Partner with stablecoin issuers, tokenized fund and asset managers, banks, and ecosystem and blockchain foundations to understand needs, shape partnerships, and turn them into scalable product capabilities rather than one-off builds. Work with compliance, legal, and risk teams to make sure every product meets regulatory, security, and licensing requirements across jurisdictions. Evaluate new chains, token standards, and market-structure developments (for example, tokenized securities, tokenized deposits, and onchain settlement) and turn them into a clear point of view and prioritized opportunities. Define and track success metrics such as issuer onboarding time, volumes, revenue, and reliability, and iterate based on data and client feedback. Work with GTM, sales, and client success teams on positioning, pricing, and client enablement, and act as a trusted product partner to key clients. Mentor junior PMs and help raise the bar for product craft within the team. Who Would Be a Great Fit 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, crypto, or financial infrastructure, with a record of shipping B2B or institutional products. Strong working knowledge of crypto and blockchain: token standards and mechanics, multiple L1/L2 ecosystems, wallets and custody, and onchain settlement. Understanding of stablecoin and tokenization models: issuance, mint/burn and redemption, reserves, fiat on/off-ramps, and how tokenized funds, securities, or deposits work. Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for stablecoins and digital assets (such as GENIUS Act, MiCA, and trust-bank or custody regulation) and the ability to work through it with legal and compliance partners. Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate engineering, business, and external partners and to build consensus in ambiguous areas. Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write clear PRDs and explain complex technical or regulatory topics to executives and clients. Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing several projects with different priorities and a hands-on approach to execution. Prior startup or scale-up experience, showing adaptability, ownership, and sound judgment. Nice to Have Experience in traditional finance, capital markets, asset management, or banking infrastructure (custody, settlement, transfer agency). Hands-on exposure to institutional tokenization networks or permissioned chains. Technical background or comfort reading APIs, smart contracts, and architecture docs. Experience with enterprise partnerships and client-facing product work. Why Join BitGo?
