About the Role: We are seeking a Product Manager to join our Business Applications domain, responsible for customer-facing products and experiences that power millions of businesses globally. You will take a hands-on role in driving execution while shaping the evolution of our offerings—balancing strategy, delivery, and user impact. As a PM, you’ll be expected to operate independently, lead complex initiatives end-to-end, and serve as a product leader within your team and across the organization. What you’ll be spending your time on: Translate vision into impact — Turn strategic direction into product initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing experiences with measurable impact. Drive complex initiatives — Own high-visibility, multi-stakeholder projects from discovery through launch, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution. Collaborate globally — Work closely with product, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver high-quality solutions. Think strategically and analytically — Identify opportunities, define success metrics, analyze performance, and optimize product outcomes through data-driven decision-making. Champion the customer — Advocate for customer needs and translate them into impactful features and experiences that enhance daily business operations. Communicate with influence — Clearly articulate priorities, progress, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment. Have you done this kind of stuff? 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments (experience in Fintech is a plus). Strong track record of leading customer-facing product initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through execution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to make data-informed decisions. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. Experience working in global, matrixed organizations, with the ability to balance local execution and global strategy.
