About the Role: As a Processing Support Consultant II, you’ll be a key resource supporting internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders. You’ll serve as a knowledgeable specialist in processing support—helping ensure accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service across policy services, rating, premium accounting, and operational support. What You’ll Do: Process and verify data in alignment with business requirements and established guidelines Prepare management and operational reports that support strong decision‑making Assist the Team Leader on special initiatives and cross‑department projects Support operational efficiency and process‑improvement efforts Recommend enhancements that improve workflows and create cost‑saving opportunities Meet deadlines while helping train and support less‑experienced team members Coordinate filing schedules and assist with filing preparation activities What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in the health industry (preferred, not required) Familiarity with SERFF is a plus, but not a must—we’re happy to train Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities Curiosity and willingness to learn regulatory and filing processes Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data A collaborative spirit and a desire to contribute to a team-focused environment Why You’ll Love Working With Us: You’ll join a fun, collaborative, and highly supportive team where everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed.
