Trimble is looking for a detail-oriented expert to manage end-to-end payroll for our West/South Europe entities, partnering across Finance and HR to drive excellence in our corporate infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Spearhead the end-to-end payroll lifecycle for France, Italy, Portugal and Spain entities, ensuring every team member is paid accurately and on time. Master the integration between Workday and CloudPay to maintain flawless data integrity across our global HRIS landscape. Partner with local payroll providers and government authorities to navigate complex labor laws and reporting requirements. Own the monthly financial reconciliation process and SOX controls, acting as a critical bridge between Payroll and Corporate Finance. Drive ad-hoc improvements and innovative practices to optimize payroll solutions and reporting for the entire region. Essential Skills & Experience Proven expertise in managing payroll platforms, specifically CloudPay or similar global systems. Deep working knowledge of French labor laws, social security, and local tax requirements. Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and French to support our international stakeholders. Strong analytical background with experience in payroll-related accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations. Technical familiarity with the Workday ecosystem, including experience with 3rd party system integrations is beneficial. Bonus Points For: Experience working within a large, publicly traded company (NASDAQ or S&P 500). A change management mindset with a passion for continuous process improvement. Advanced reporting skills and the ability to simplify complex financial data for diverse audiences.
