Position Summary Neo4j is seeking an experienced and strategic Global Alliance Director to own and grow our partnership with the large technology ecosystem companies such as AWS and more. This role is critical to advancing our joint go-to-market strategy, aligning product roadmaps, coordinating global field sales collaboration, and driving joint revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud data platforms, experience in enterprise technology partnerships, and a passion for driving innovation and revenue with partners. This is a senior role on our team, with the possibility of hiring at a Senior Director level for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnership Leadership Serve as the primary global point of contact for the AWS partnerships. Develop and execute a joint strategic plan that aligns Neo4j’s and AWS' goals, including co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution development. Lead quarterly business reviews and executive alignment meetings with AWS counterparts. Go-to-Market Execution Drive pipeline and revenue through joint field engagement and enablement across sales, customer success, and solutions engineering teams. Launch and support joint offerings and reference architectures integrating Neo4j and AWS Track, measure, and report on joint sales activity, wins, and impact. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Neo4j’s sales, marketing, product, and partner engineering teams to ensure alignment and execution of the AWS partnership plan. Collaborate with AWS partner marketing to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand generation campaigns. Product and Technical Alignment Coordinate with product and engineering teams on technical integration roadmaps and support co-development of solutions such as Graph + GenAI, Graph Data Science with AWS Operational Excellence Own partner governance, documentation, and tracking in CRM and alliance management systems. Act as an internal advocate for AWS-related sales opportunities, escalations, and initiatives. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partner management within enterprise software, ideally with experience in cloud, data, analytics, or enterprise AI ecosystem. Strong understanding of the enterprise technology stack and partner go-to-market strategies globally. Proven track record of growing and managing global technology alliances with measurable business impact. Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and executive relationship management skills. Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ISV/channel partners is a plus. The annual on target earnings range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This range is an estimate, and the actual on target earnings may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
