Organizational Transformation and Change Specialist
The Opportunity:
As an Organizational Transformation Strategist, you’ll help clients close the gap between their current state and their strategic goals. Leveraging experience in organizational transformation, change management, or strategic planning and execution, you’ll apply a data-driven, human-centered approach to diagnose challenges, uncover performance drivers, and design solutions that elevate organizational effectiveness. You’ll analyze how people, processes, and technology interact to deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leaders. Your work will span the full lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, and transition planning, while also contributing to domains such as organizational design, process optimization, and transformation initiatives.
In this role, you’ll craft compelling deliverables, visualize complex data, and translate findings into strategies that strengthen mission execution and align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Operating with limited supervision, you’ll bring curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to a fast-paced environment, rapidly developing and refining concepts that drive meaningful transformation.

You Have:
3+ years of experience with organizational transformation, change management, or strategic planning
Experience with stakeholder engagement, organizational data collection, and qualitative and quantitative organizational performance analysis
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience at NATO HQ, SHAPE, Allied Command Transformation, and Joint Force Commands
Experience at a U.S. Combatant Command or U.S. Service Component
Experience with theater-level special operations
Experience working in a joint overseas environment
Experience with project or program management
Possession of excellent written and verbal communications skills
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
